2. Exceptions:
- Perishable or consumable items, such as food or beauty products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift cards and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:
